i found the location super convenient because it was close to the underground stations. my room was a good size and very clean which i always appreciate. the breakfast selection was great and had many choices for everyone. the staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile
i noticed there wasn't a refrigerator in my room and apparently, i needed to request one beforehand. this was a little inconvenient as i like to keep drinks cold

the hotel's proximity to hydepark was a plus, and the metro station nearby made getting around very easy. the room had tea and coffee facilities, a nice touch. the bed was large and very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well throughout my stay.
I found there weren't any phones in the rooms. It. i had to use my mobile to call reception.

the location offered an easy stroll to bayswater! i appreciated the proximity to multiple tube stations, they made getting around very simple. the friendly staff ensured taxis were quickly arranged, , made exploring so easy. the air conditioning kept the room wonderfully cool.

I tell you, it went so smooth! The closeness to transport is fantastic. Staff gave me golden information regarding city navigation. Brekkie was a real treat with plenty choices. I really love that everything is so close!
Sound insulation isn't the best. I clearly heard neighbors during odd hours. That disrupted my sleep just a bit. Next time I bring earplugs!

The hotel provided convenient access to nearby transportation. The location was close to many parks. The checkout time at midday allowed us to work comfortably from the room while awaiting our transport. The staff offered helpful knowledge of the local area.
My room lacked USB plugs, shower cap, and hand soap. The noise from the plumbing woke me intermittently throughout the night. The room needed some refurbishment work. It could enhance the guest experience.
